About Me

​Hi, My name is Rockelle Mirande. I'm a huge animal lover and a High School student in Chico, California and I've been in 4-H for nine years. In June 2016, I started a 4-H community service recycling project for what was supposed to be a single Police K9 vest. I ended up earning money quickly and decided to keep working on my project. I ended my project after giving vests to 11 K9's in May 2017, and am now continuing this project on my own. To me, this project is for the K9's and for everyone to recognize them and their needs.
